We've been a little absent on the socials lately because we have been busy developing a series of workshops for folks to build their confidence in the kitchen! We initially labelled these as "Lifestyle Enhancement" but the focus was not clear, so we renamed it to Kitchen Confidence!

The 2-hour workshops included are:

2. Getting Comfortable In The Kitchen
3. Meal Planning Strategies
4. Understanding and Using Seasonal Produce
5. Strategies For Navigating The Grocery Store
