This weekend we had the pleasure of doing some emergency training with the staff at (Windermere) I’d say they are a cohort but they truly are a family.

Amazing environment and facility, the group was very eager and engaged and a lot of fun. We covered CPR skills, choking relief, and use of their onsite AED.

We don’t get a ton of boutique gyms as clients, quite often it’s the minimum provincial standard of having one employee trained out of every 6, so this was really awesome that CYCLEBAR wanted their staff trained for some common emergencies for their safety and their members. And they had great first aid equipment including an AED.

Lots of laughs and really hope to work with them again in the future. If you are ever wanting an awesome sweat 😓 go see them at or at their new location in St.Albert AB.

Chris also lives in St Albert and likes people ringing his doorbell a lot between 1-6am. DM for his address

With easing restrictions and first aid and cpr training slowly resuming, just wanted to let everyone know that we always tried to hold a very high standard for disinfecting equipment and using good hand hygiene. But we invested in next level PPE moving forward.
On a serious note, absolute nightmare fuel if this is what doctors looked like during the Black Plague. But as we have learned this time though again, people do strange stuff when things are uncertain and sometimes reasoning is a relative experience.
Looking forward to resuming classes soon, when everyone is allowed the right to breathe again.

medtalksinc “The best of Mike collection” from Atco gas training today. Proving wearing a stethoscope makes people listen to you and that buzzing the front row also keeps people awake. Atco is truly a pleasure to be able to work with in training. ATCO

What do nunchuck skills and CPR skills have in common? One day they might be the difference between life and death 💀 ! Be a life saving ninja and take some training through ! It only takes a small amount of time to learn skills that can bring the future back for someone. We are also pretty sure nunchucks are totally safe with little to no instruction, so go out and start practicing that too!
