Pickles' Pantry

Hi everyone! It’s been a long time since I posted anything on this page, takes up a lot of space in our lives!! But the good news is we are still producing your favourite pâté products for Vancouver Island grocery stores and butcher shops, local wineries and for those who know and love a stop at Hank’s.
The tough news is that we are currently in between distribution companies, and this is making it difficult for some of you (be it as customers or as suppliers) to get your hands on the goods especially if you live on the lower mainland. We are working with a couple of options to fix this and pronto so that we can get back on track before the holidays. As soon as this happens I will post the details here.
As always thank you for your support of this small family run business and we look forward to seeing your pâté feasts again shortly!!

Production. Is in full swing now that the new oven and I have made friends! Come by tomorrow to pick up your pâté, terrine and freshly baked goods needs for the weekend of no cooking!!

This is pure joy. Pickles’ Pantry has moved!! We are all unpacked, passed our health inspection and working our butts off to get back on track after a fridge mishap in our old space last week. Also… did you notice I’m saying ‘we’!? We are so lucky to have found this gang of chefs who will be working in the kitchen at and for PP! It’s go time!
