Made with lemon-basmati rice, leeks, celery, parsley, spinach, mixed veggies and herb roasted chicken or chickpeas. Topped with a lemon-tahini dressing 🤌🏼

🤤 This meal is great warm or cold, on its own, as a side or in a wrap! I also know of people purchasing the lemon chickpea dish and grilling up some of our marinated chicken thighs to serve with 👀
