📢 Measles Outbreak in Alberta

More than 35 measles cases have been identified in Alberta since February, with signs of community spread in some areas. Measles is extremely contagious and spreads easily through the air. The measles vaccine is highly effective and has a long-proven safety record.

💉 Vaccines are free in Alberta. Extra doses may be recommended for travellers, infants 6–11 months, and adults born before 1970.
