How to work with?

•Recognize that each skull has its own presence. Some feel ancient, some bring calm, others may feel playful and spark curiosity!

•Cleanse and attune to their energy. Sit with your eyes closed, gently rub the skulls third eye and place it upon your third eye. You may also connect and ask for the skulls name.

• you can say "I welcome your energy and wisdom, let us work together in harmony for the highest good".

•To work with them you can meditate, amplify healing energy, connect to ancestral energy, and as a wisdom keeper!

•Something we personally learned and take very seriously is to never stare into the eyes of the skull, this can be damaging to your mind and spirit.
