The Bodhi Tree

Today the sun shone so bright it warmed my heart. It was so beautiful ❤️ I truly believe my soul intention is to spread light, love and kindness to every soul I am blessed to meet 🙏 The Bodhi Tree is a place to come together in harmony, peace and love. Where you can allow yourself to shine and find inner stillness while also creating strength, balance and flexibility. All through movement, breathwork and meditation. It is a safe space for you to be your beautiful authentic self, just as you are ❤️ Recently I have felt an inner pull to find space from IG/FB for a little while. Allowing for silence to listen, heal and find presence in life ❤️ The Studio is open for all sessions and a space is always available for you to join. Yoga Sessions happen daily and you are welcome to create space with me during our open studio times. All information regarding the schedule and sessions is on my website.
