Summer Reading challenges start Monday, along with our Summer Kids' Programs!
This year, we are modernizing our challenges with the help of Beanstack, an online tool we have purchased thanks to Crossfield A&W's sponsorship. Thank you, A&W!

So, what is Beanstack exactly? Well, it is an online platform used to run reading challenges. It gamifies reading in a sense, and users of all ages can choose a challenge to participate in, earning badges for logging their reading, writing book reviews, and other activities such as exploring library eResources or visiting us to find where Sal Tee, Crab, is hiding in the library each week. Some badges earn tickets, and these tickets can be entered digitally into the prize drawing of your choosing.

Tomorrow, the children will make garden art under the instruction of a young activity leader! Miss Ilene will be there to share some garden creativity in story form too - can't wait to see you there!
