Apple finally had her baby… and it’s a BULL calf 💙🐮

That officially wraps up our 2026 calving season here at Crooked Horn Ranch! What a season it’s been — healthy calves, lots of long nights, and plenty of excitement watching these little ones hit the ground.

We may still have 2 more surprises coming from a couple cows that were bought bred 👀 They’re definitely acting suspicious… but nothing is confirmed yet, so stay tuned!

Now we need your help naming this little guy!
We’re sticking with our cartoon character theme and this calf needs a name starting with the letter T.

We have our next batch of pork packaged ready to go around May 15th (ish), have some extra sides available!

She finally did it! 🤍🐮

After an 18 day break, Hereford welcomed a healthy little bull calf this morning!

The last calves born were the twins, so it’s nice to have another one on the ground again 🙌

We were really hoping for a heifer this time to keep as a replacement as she gets older… but she’s sticking with her streak — another bull calf! 😅

Momma is doing great and baby is up and going 💪

Only 3 more cows left to calve!
