This project has been so on the go from start to finish. From foundation-insulation and siding. It is finally completed. And we couldn’t be happier!

And another one bites the dust. After a solid effort put in by our team. We have completed a hardie plank, and cedar trim siding job. This project has been a long time coming as we started it right from the footings. The foundation wall. All the framing. The only thing left for us now is the insulation.

A little update on the full home renovation we are on. Near the final stages now!

We’ve rebuilt stairs, new railings on the deck, removal of an old sliding patio door and replaced with standard exterior door. New siding, new carpet, floors and paint job. Every bathroom renovated, kitchen remade, walk in closets built, tub swaps. All completed. Just need to take it home and wrap it up!

Been working on a lap siding renovation and as the building was opened up it was discovered that the whole lower section under the deck was completely rotted out and poorly repaired. We have been working tirelessly to tear out the rotted plywood, hangers, joists, rim joists, bottom plates and reframe it all. In the final stages as we speak!

So we have been insanely busy with multiple projects on the go, with a 50’ retaining wall dug and built. But here we have an awesome set of stairs and deck railing built.

Been a little while since we’ve updated everyone. We have essentially finished this vinyl siding job! Just a few odds and ends needing to be finished but it’s completed!

Another little project completed. Quick little rotted fascia board swap, stair treads replaced as needed and a good painting.
