Each lash goes through three phases:
1️⃣ Anagen (growth phase) – new lashes are growing in.
2️⃣ Catagen (transition phase) – growth slows, and the lash starts to detach from the follicle.
3️⃣ Telogen (resting/shedding phase) – the lash naturally falls out to make room for new growth.

So when you notice a few extensions shedding, it’s totally normal — it just means your lashes are doing their thing 💁‍♀️💫
