Osteo Pilates with Kim

Designed for adults 50+, Osteo Pilates is a safe and supportive class focused on improving bone health, balance, posture, and functional strength to help reduce the risk of falls and fractures. Using evidence-informed Pilates principles, participants learn safe movement patterns that support everyday activities such as bending, lifting, reaching, standing, and getting up and down with confidence.

This low-impact class emphasizes core stability, alignment, mobility, and weight-bearing exercises while avoiding movements that may place unnecessary stress on the spine or joints. Exercises can be adapted for all fitness levels, making the class accessible for beginners as well as those managing osteopenia or osteoporosis.

Participants will leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and empowered with practical tools to move safely and confidently in daily life.
