Our December and January project was an interesting one!!!!

Connecting a really old church to an existing building?? Sure let’s just add a whole new building in the middle!!!

There were for sure some long stressful days but in the end we’re happy to call this one ours!!!

A 5story housing complex for troubled teens in the Kingston area!!!

And yes I was sitting on the job in one of the pics 😏

Sometimes we get the easy ones…. Sometimes we get the ones nobody wants to deal with so they crank the price to the roof!!!! Offering carbon fibre bandaids and quick solutions.

The bottom line is sometimes you have to make it worst to make it better!!!! This concrete block foundation was caving in… We jacked the house up supporting the structure, removed the foundation wall finding the footing wasn’t structurally sound either, then replaced it all with a new ICF structure!!! All in approx 2 weeks thanks to some fast moving permits and inspectors from south glengarry township!!!!

Well it’s been a bit for sure….

2024-2025 winter has without a doubt been the busiest winter we’ve had…. Pretty consistent -15 weather didn’t stop us from pulling off some awesome projects!!!!

We will be updating and filling your news feeds again as we take some much deserved time off in April for half load season and finishing touches!!!

Here we go 👊🏻 after lots of struggles we were ready to pour the footings on our Cumberland street project!!! Soft soil conditions forced us to have almost a 24” thick footing but we got it done and poured!!! Early next week the house will be placed back high above and the Icf will begin!!!

Big shoutout to Brookdale McDonald’s for making our morning at the job site extra special! Grimace came by and dropped off coffee, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches for the crew. 🍔☕️🥐

First day of our next big project complete house has been separated from the foundation and placed on the lawn and driveway!!!

Next up- dispose of existing foundation and excavate to install new footings and ICF foundation!!!

Waterproofing is down backfill tomorrow!!!

Apparently we’re better at repairing foundations than updating our Facebook followers but we’re going to work on that part!!! April and May have been nothing but productive from small foundation repairs to full bungalow excavations we do them all!!!

This proud gentleman of 90 years young built this home with his bare hands and help from his wife in 1966…. Now it’s time for some foundation waterproofing after all that time the walls were still perfect just some small leaks and weeping tile issues!!!!

We without a doubt have the best clients and crew!!!
