Here is another tip for purifying the air and the lungs of those you love. I have been diffusing oregano essential oil almost daily since the onset of the COVID 19 virus. I have altered between pure Oregano essential oil and my immune support blend.
Here is a list of essential oils that you can add to your diffuser to help fight viral infections. (NOTE*** This is not a CURE or a sure way to prevent becoming sick*** But this is one way that you can help to fight viruses and boost your immune system)

Choose three of the oils (Leave Oregano out of the mix it is overpowering and should only be diffused on it's own)
Add 2 drops of each oil to your diffuser
let run in an open space of your home for up to 1 hour
this will help boost all of your immune systems.
