⚠️ Information that we all need to hear.

When you constantly allow yourself to revisit old, traumatic experiences without setting the intention of healing - know that this is coming from a place of addiction.

Our bodies become addicted and dependant on stress the more that we train it to live out of that wounded ego, that fearful mind, that fight or flight response.

When we think of past experiences, our bodies feel the same emotions that we felt in that experience. Whether that be sadness, anxiety, depression, fear, hate, dread, etc. Our mind is so powerful that it actually convinces our body that we are going through this all AGAIN, in our current present moment.

Today, make that active choice to break that cycle. When you find yourself wanting to go back to those addicting, stress inducing emotions, change your routine. Do something instead that changes the flow of energy within the body. Changes the wave pattern that your mind is currently going through.

Our thoughts do create our lives, our reality, our habits. You have the choice on what that looks like, so choose wisely. 💫⚡️
