To this day, I still refer to our crystal process as "ethical", as I feel that's the closest term to describe our values in dealing with mines, carvers, shippers, and customers - even though the term "ethically sourced" has a connotation that doesn't fit anymore since it's become a ✨sales feature✨ and not a moral standard

I'm still sitting with what "word" to use to peg exactly what we do - one day it will come!
