Cutting out old stinky metal from the 1980s
Removed catwalks, gratting, I beams, C channel, cut the side of the pit. The customer wanted it all removed so they could fill the pit with concrete and use it as a working platform.

Fabricated a new stainless shaft and chromed the sealing surface for more hardness. OEM couldn't even think of doing this. Also fabricated a bushing between the tank and shaft for more sealing

Our Company can now produce drawings to meet customers satisfaction. This was drawing number 1 from our company. Spent hours on the computer training, how to make parts and create drawings. Now its in production. These posts are for a restaurant in Port Moody. They will use these posts for hanging lights on the patio
