You probably heard till now thousands of times how important sleep is. I talked about this topic before as well, just because I'd like you all to understand beauty doesn't mean only expensive creams and potions or often visits to your esthetician. You should treat yourself well from inside-out, and one way to do that is to improve your sleep. Sleep can have a significant impact on your overall health, well-being, and your beauty. For some people, though, getting a good sleep can be a real challenge.
Tips for promoting a good night sleep:
😴 incorporate relaxation techniques such as prayers, meditation, deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation
😴 establish a relaxing bedtime routine: take time to wind down by taking a hot bath, reading a book, or practicing gentle yoga
😴 create a comfortable sleep environment by adjusting the light and noise level
