We are excited to get some fresh BC halibut in the coming weeks and feature it as the main course of our new tasting menus.

Pan seared BC halibut on smooth fennel cream, accompanied by golden fondant potatoes. Bright pops of briny ikura and a delicate dill oil brings balance, while preserved lemon adds a whisper of citrus for a bright finish.

Our Summer Kitchen is open from Thursday to Sunday from 11:30 am - 5 pm. Chef Marc-André and Sous-Chef John have crafted a fantastic menu for Spring. Come by and enjoy lunch or an early dinner with a gorgeous view.
