Join me for bootcamp this evening 5:45-6:45pm in the gymnasium of St. Mary's School! Bring water....lot's of water and and a towel!

Bootcamp begins this evening(5:45-6:45pm) in ST.Mary's School gym! Please feel free to come out and give it a try! Cost is $7.50 if a punch card of 8 is purchased, or $10 for drop in! Bring weights (if you have any), a mat, water bottle, and a lot of energy!! See you there!
