A look inside a Komptech Nemus Trommel.
What you're seeing isn't just a spinning drum. Notice the spiral guide running along the inside of the trommel.
As the drum rotates, this spiral flighting continuously moves material toward the discharge end while exposing it to the screening surface. The result is a steady flow of material through the machine, maximizing screening efficiency and helping prevent bottlenecks.
🌱 Consistent material movement
πŸ”„ Efficient screening performance
πŸ“ˆ High throughput for compost, biomass, soil, and organic waste
Sometimes the smartest engineering is hidden inside the drum.

Did you know that archaeological discoveries are still being made on active construction sites throughout British Columbia?
When Heritage requirements apply, soil often needs to be screened carefully to recover and protect artifacts before work can continue.

Mobile screening equipment can help crews process material more efficiently while maintaining control over the recovery process.

Not all screening jobs need a massive plant to get serious production.

The EvoQuip C**t 600 may be compact, but it’s built to handle tough material with impressive efficiency. In this setup, it’s screening compost into a clean 5/8” (15mm) minus finished product, perfect for landscaping, soil blending, and premium organic material applications.
βœ” Compact footprint
βœ” Fast setup and transport
βœ” Ideal for compost, soil, mulch, and organics
βœ” Clean, consistent finished product

Small machine. Big work ethic. 🌱
