Black limes are boiled in salted water, then dried until dark, tangy, earthy, and a lil’funky. Often used in Middle Eastern cooking, they bring bright citrus and savoury depth.
In Rhinestone Renata, they bring the twang.

Meet Spike - she has been a lifesaver in and out of the water for decades. She can tell when you're "drowning in life" and will quickly throw you an emotional buoy and a delicious freezer meal. Spike loves chasing the sun, playing beach volleyball and zinc sticks, reflexively reminding you, "No running!"

Inspired by the sunny nostalgia of a pineapple whip, Spike layers juicy pineapple with soft vanilla and lactose for a creamy, whipped texture. It’s bright and tropical up front, with a zippy sour finish that keeps the sweetness in check.
