Hi, everyone. I have once again had a lot of recent inquiries and views on this page so I thought I would outline the services I provide.

To any individuals who are going through a separation and/or divorce, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will discuss how the court process works and how you can get started. I do not charge for telephone consultations and am happy to talk to anyone who has questions about how to commence the process.

Further, I also offer estate planning services (preparation of a Will, Enduring Power of Attorney and Personal Directive) for a cost effective price. I can prepare all three documents (which I strongly recommend) or I can simply prepare your Will. Contact me if you have any questions.

Please note that my office also has a process server on hand for proper service of court documentation.
