Phase 2b - waitlist - currently on this stage - current waitlist at 600 people - new patients may be 5 weeks or more
Phase 2c - waitlist - may be 5 weeks or more
Phase 2d - waitlist - NOT ELIGIBLE YET, but may join waitlist
All others - waitlist - NOT ELIGIBLE YET, but may join waitlist
