Nomograph day for Hilde! We collected serum today at our local vets that we send out to the CAVIDS lab at University of Wisconsin. Nomographs are used to measure the amount of maternal antibodies Hilde will pass to her puppies in her colostrum, and will give us an individualized vaccine schedule that is unique to this litter. The goal is to be able to vaccinate at the best ages for effective immunization. It will also provide a titer for Hilde to check on her own immunity. We sent a titer out for Grandma Piper too! We are into the 3 week countdown getting ready for our Bruno x Hilde babies!!

Frida and her mom, Lynn, participated in the CKC Water Dog tests hosted by the Weimaraner Association of Canada this weekend. These girls have been working hard this spring getting ready and it paid off! Frida earned her Water Dog title in 3 straight passes, with top passing score in all 3 runs! They moved up for their last run and were successful in the WDX run, earning their first Q toward their WDX 🤎

Aldo had a fun weekend of AKC nosework, earning titles in advanced container, interiors, and exteriors to complete his overall Advanced Scentwork title! So proud of this handsome and talented boy!!

Wrapping up our recap of last weekend, Frankie and Alyssa were busy in the show ring and barnhunt! Frankie was awarded best of opposite and select to earn her first 4 GCH points, then went on to earn her first senior barnhunt Q, with a high in class!

Frida and Lynn had a busy weekend, showing at the Kent Kennel Club and competing in obedience! On Saturday she won select female for a 3 point win, and on Sunday she was high in class in her Novice Intermediate run and had a lovely open run, getting to the last exercise- no easy feat in an exciting outdoor ring! Frida also earned her CGN. Go, Frida!
