Happy National Pet day 🐶 😻

I thought I'd take this day to introduce you to my zoo.

I have two chihuahuas, one boy named Gizmo, and a girl named Cocoa. We adopted them back in 2014 and they're inseparable. They're now 9.5 years old and 10 years old (6 months apart). Gizzy doesn't like other people, but is the biggest snuggler and a little sausage. Cocoa loves everyone and is so tiny. If you're not careful, you'll easily send her flying across the room if you forget she's on your lap.

My two kitties are Dom and Artemis. Dom is 15 years old and is a short-haired domestic. He is the sweetest, gentlest, older man with the softest fur. He was dealing with depression a few years ago after we lost our other two kitties to cancers, so we brought Artemis into our family 2 years ago. He's too old for a kitten, so he just tolerates her 🤣.

Artemis is our newest baby. Her birthday is Valentine's day, and she's the spunkiest little girl. She's a polydactyl Maine C**n, so she's got 7 toes on each of her front paws and 5 on each of her back paws. We like to joke they're murder gauntlets. She's so clumsy with the big paws, knocking everything over, tripping, and getting them stuck on things. She still hasn't grown into them.

Fun Fact: Most Maine C**ns take up to four years to fully grow! We're in for a big cat. She's already about 20 lbs, all muscle.
