🔹 Date: Wednesday June 17
🔹 Time: 45 minute appointments between 9:45am – 3:45pm
🔹 Fee: Free

For registration support please bring the required documents:
🔹 Proof of age
🔹 Proof of residency in Ontario
🔹 Proof of diagnosis

This clinic is for families who:
🔹 Want help registering for the Ontario Autism Program
🔹 Need assistance submitting OAP expenses
🔹 Would like to speak with someone about the OAP and the services and supports available after registration
🔹 Prefer to meet with someone in-person
