Day 11 - Grief
Grief does not disappear during the holidays and is often heightened. There is no way around grief, but there are some easier ways to swim through it.
1. You can say no to holiday activities
2. Self reflect on emotions around grief
3. Honour old traditions and memories
4. Identify coping skills
