Help us set a new record
The Shop is hoping to hit a new record with car donations this year. We are presently at 61 cars donated and our year end goal is 70.
Your vehicle donation (running or not) helps our 46 students train on different vehicles.
The proceeds from the sale of these cars provides the funding to carry on this free program for the underprivileged youth that we serve.
If your vehicle is donated on or before December 31, 2025 you will receive a tax receipt for the appraised value of the vehicle for 2025
Once you fill in the donation form and sign the ownership we take care of everything else including picking up the car and changing the ownership

Students in the Pathways program had a great experience at 'The Shop' in Cambridge, thanks to Youth Unlimited!

Over the course of the 'Auto Week', they learned practical skills like detailing, changing tires, working on brakes, and performing oil changes. They also had the opportunity to tour Valet Car Wash, Werners Auto, and Crosby Volkswagen, where they got to explore the different career paths in the auto industry.

Experiences like this reflect on the different ways we support young people in building not just skills, but confidence, purpose, and a sense of possibility.

A big thank you to these generous local businesses for opening their doors and sharing their expertise!

Co-ops provide our youth with great insight on what is required to succeed in this industry. This experience also allows them to make a more informed decision on their next big step in life

Thank you 100 Men Who Give A Damn for selecting The Shop program at Youth Unlimited YFC TriCity as the charity to fund at their 10th anniversary meeting last night. We are so blessed to have this remarkable organization and its members walk along side us, as we invest in our future leaders, one youth at a time.
We would also like to acknowledge the other two presenting charities at the meeting. Habitat for Humanity Waterloo Region and The Pregnancy Centre gave an update on the amazing work they are doing in the region.
