At Lima Group, we believe the beauty of a space is found in the details. This primary bathroom balances warm and cool finishes through carefully selected materials—from the oversized 48” × 48” porcelain wall tiles and textured stacked subway shower to the custom vanity, wall-mounted faucets, and hidden niche details.

The floor design adds another layer of craftsmanship with a mix of tile sizes, creating subtle movement and visual interest while maintaining a timeless feel. Layered lighting throughout the space, including the shower and bath niche, allows the room to transition from bright and functional to soft and relaxing.

Every cut, transition, and finish was thoughtfully executed by our team to create a space that is both beautiful and built for everyday living.

Looking back at this cottage loft transformation ✨

The goal was simple: create more space for family and friends to enjoy cottage life together. By adding a functional loft, we made room for more beds, more heads, and more memories.

The custom rope railing adds a little treehouse charm while helping keep the resident treehouse animals safe. (No treehouse animals were restrained during this renovation. 😉)
