Yesterday, we spent the day at Elbow Springs Golf Club for the Drive for Distress Golf Tournament in support of Distress Centre YYC ⛳️

Every day, Calgarians reach out to the Distress Centre when they’re facing some of life’s toughest moments. Through crisis support, counselling, and community connections, their team helps thousands of people find the support they need.

With 70% of Calgarians saying they needed mental health support last year, and nearly 1 in 3 unsure where to turn, organizations like the Distress Centre play an incredibly important role in our community.

We’re grateful to have spent the day supporting a cause that helps ensure no one has to face those difficult moments alone.
