In honour of National Indigenous Peoples Day and as part of National Indigenous History Month, I’ll be listening to and learning from Dr. Sinclair about creating allyship and promoting reconciliation. An Indigenous scholar and award-winning columnist, Dr. Sinclair believes that “reconciliation is about the hard work of sharing. It's about resources, time, space and land. This means commitment to change, in all its complicatedness.”

June is Pride Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the LGBTQ2S+ community. At IG, we acknowledge that we still have work to do in this area, but this Pride month we affirm our commitment towards creating a safe and inclusive environment for all, 365 days a year.
