Day 5 spiritual self care
This is such an important aspect of your health.
Not only the is it a way to connect with yourself and find balanced and strength from within.
It's also a way we can release negative energy that's built up in our mind and spirit.
Getting out of the city to do nature walks,
Taking 10 minutes a day to spend time working in the sore spots in your body by stretching and showing yourself you're worth the time to focus on your health.
Manifesting what you want your life to be and how you live it will bring you so much peace of mind.
Vision boards are amazing ways to start! Find what you want to bring to yourself and display it in your space, remind yourself that you matter and you deserve what you want to achieve.
One if my goals this winter is to start reading more for myself and ways I can improve my mental physical and emotional health, even setting small goals is a great first step ❤️
Also if you can find someone who helps you heal, and move on in a healthy light when life goes a way we don't necessarily expect it to and there isn't much we can do about it ourselves, then I highly suggest you do so!!
My healer Crystal has been a tremendous help in my journey so far for my own spiritual self care and guides me into proper ways to help improve my mental state in a constant form.
