Monthly Community dance to follow the service at the Calgary Unitarians with “Dance Church”.
We will move and groove using the theme of the service offered that day.

Using Core Connexion Transformational Arts® Principles, we will delve into the somatic world and explore the theme with ourselves, each other and the bigger community. Sounds like an amazing way to experience “Church.”

Items to bring for your comfort:
•Wear layered clothing you can move easily in (jeans can be a bit tricky to move in)
•Water to drink
•Snack before if needed.
•Indoor shoes or barefoot, whatever is most comfortable for you. The floor isn’t a dance floor, so if you have sensitive feet or are unsure, please wear shoes. (We ask that they are indoor shoes as we will clean the floor, so we can lie down and sit on the floor.)
•A blanket or cushion to sit on if needed, or anything else you need to keep your body comfortable.
