Who agrees? 🙋🏼♀️
These days it seems everything we’re exposed to is designed to make us feel less than, induce fear, keep us in a stressed state and overall make us feel like a steamy pile of garbage.
The best health hack (and push back to this awful trend) is to be able to show in a regulated state.
Emotional Release may just be the missing piece to allow you to show up in midlife calm - in body AND mind- even amongst the chaos.
Wouldn’t that just be the biggest flex? 💪🏻

Some days call for a pina colada smoothie and today was that day 😀
Occasionally I share a recipe and typically it’s a kitchen sink kinda recipe that surprisingly is uber forgiving. My kind of recipe!
Today the formula was a bit tighter because I was craving something refreshing and bright in flavour and this delivered.
Don’t wait to try this!
* handful org spinach/micro greens or org baby kale
* cup frozen pineapple
* 1/4 cup unsulfured coconut flakes
* 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
* filtered water to desired consistency.
* IF you’re wanting protein in this bad boy, add a dollop or two of Greek yogurt and/or 1-3tbsp of h**p hearts (adjust water accordingly)
Blend, blend, blend and ENJOY!
