Use the following habits to help your eyes stay healthy and happy:
Adjust your computer screen so that it's about arm's length away and slightly below eye level.
Take eye breaks every 20 minutes and relax your eyes by looking off into the distance. Encourage your children to take breaks from screen time, too!
Increase your screen's font size to help make reading easier on your eyes.
Avoid glare on screens from bright room lights in your workspace and positioning your screen away from windows.
