Sometimes shoulder pain is from an injury or overuse, and sometimes it could be from continuously bracing. Bracing is a way that the body protects itself and is useful in moments of danger, but then that bracing is meant to discharge so that we can go back into easy, open curiosity. If we are forever bracing against danger, when do we allow rest, joy, and spontaneous connection to occur?

Through gentle, guided, and intentional touch - including cupping, acupuncture, and Somatic Experiencing, we are able to get to the root of the shoulder pain but nourish and encourage the energy of life to flow freely through the whole body.

I offer treatments Tuesday - Saturday at my home office in Central NW Calgary.

I have recently moved my acupuncture practice to full-time from my home clinic in the community of Parkdale in Northwest Calgary. This is a clean, quiet, and relaxing space which is perfect for supporting you on your wellness journey.

I offer online booking for existing clients and welcome new clients to send me a quick message to make sure I'm the best fit for what you are looking to achieve.
