Today is all about the love! Who loves love? Our world needs a lot of that right now!!
Sourdough bread experimentation this week. If some of my sourdough people are following, I’m trying to experiment with color. I tried powdered beets today to get a pink loaf. It fully baked out the pink into a beautiful yellow. What do my fellow sourdough people use for sourdough art? I will not use anything unnatural. It has to be food not food colouring. Any suggestions welcome.

Baking with these bun cloches make life so much easier. The sourdough buns turn out perfect every time!

Leveled up today!! I added cheese for my inclusions today. This loaf was out of the oven and eaten in under twenty minutes. We may have a hit on our hands. Tomorrow’s lunch will include a BLT with cheese sourdough.

I love absolutely love and adore the patience it takes to make sourdough loaves. I’ve taken time to perfect and now I’m ready to start selling. I am very thankful to for taking my baking to the next level. I can’t wait to pay it forward!
