Kitchen Cabinets Refinishing

Our process:

Scope of Work:

Areas of Application:

Door & Drawer Pickup and Delivery (2-4 Hours):

On-site pickup of cabinet drawers and doors
Transport to our shop for lacquer application
On-Site Preparation (4-5 Hours):

Degrease cabinet frames
Mask open cabinet boxes (no need to remove cabinet items)
Mask off entire kitchen to prepare for spraying
Protect floors, countertops, and appliances
On-Site Lacquer Application (4-5 Hours):

Sand inconsistencies on surfaces
Apply two coats of primer to both sides of cabinet doors and drawers
Apply pre-catalyzed lacquer solvent-based finish coating to all designated areas
Clean all plastic coverings, tape, and floor protection
Vacuum debris and wipe down any spray dust
Door & Drawer Lacquer Preparation:

Degrease cabinet doors and drawers
Sand inconsistencies
Apply two coats of primer
Apply pre-catalyzed lacquer solvent-based finish coating
Post-Application:

Schedule installation of lacquered doors once the frame refinishing is complete
Warranty:

One-year warranty covering touch-ups, scratches, and defects
Licensed and insured (documentation available upon request)
Additional Information:

All floors, furniture, and walls will be protected from dust and overspray.
The quoted price includes all labor and materials required, including primers, lacquer, thinner, brushes, tape, sprayer filters, vacuum filters, garbage bags, rags, sand sponges, drywall filler, glazing for filling holes, and caulking.
