Office Assistant - part time job
A.K. Traders Ltd is looking for a part time Office Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- General typing, filing, mailing, scanning, courier, faxing and general office duties
- Communicating with existing customers
- Communicating with manufactures in Asia, international clients and commercial partners
- Co-coordinating the creation and the flow of reports, documents and correspondence in paper and electronic format
- Maintaining files, spreadsheets, and databases
- Creating description of products
- Manage trade show registration
- Co-coordinating website and social media
Requirements:
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Strong command of the English language (written and spoken)
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at any given time
- Ability to work well with others people, be friendly and easy going
- Ability to work evenings (from home)
- Previous experience is an asset
- The ability to communicate in Chinese a plus
- Basic Photoshop is a plus
