How am I just realizing that I scheduled my first talking head video for the wrong day 😒 These village people are working overtime today..

Getting ready for work like I’m the CEO… then spending the day asking Excel to cooperate.

Morning routine, coffee, spreadsheets, deadlines, and a few “I’m just going to wing it” moments.

The truth is, work is important—but it shouldn’t be the only thing that defines us.

I’m learning that balance isn’t about having endless free time. It’s about creating small moments that make the day feel like your life, not just your job.

Because the spreadsheets will always be there. My peace deserves to be there too. 💛
