So I’ve been working on changing things up in my kitchen to match my new healthy habits I’m creating. So I challenged myself to take a recipe and make it more healthy!
OATMEAL My old recipe wasn’t healthy but it was super yummy!
OATMEAL:
Quick oats (make the way the package directs except some substitutions)
Water - Use OATMEAL MILK OR ALMOND MILK
Nutmeg and cinnamon - 1 tbsp each
1 cup of sugar - 1 cup of honey
1tbsp CHIA SEEDS
Combine the above together and add sliced bananas or strawberries with a touch more oatmeal milk.
