After working together for 12 years, apparently we just can’t get enough of each other and we're doing it again!

Frankie and I worked side-by-side for 12 years at Entrix Sports and have been through A LOT together.

I'm so excited for him to join me on this journey because he's going to make such a difference for his clients.

His talents? Where I was the chaos, he was the storm. Frankie was the conscientious, diligent, behind-the-scenes builder and voice of reason. He has that unique ability to take chaotic complexity and turn it into actionable simplicity, a quality that has made him stand out as an exceptional leader of teams.

Thank goodness we had him, as he was critical to our success (as I wrote about in my book, Relentless AF).

I knew these talents would make him an exceptional Implementer.

He was also instrumental in implementing EOS at Entrix Sports, if it was up to me, it wouldn't have been successful.

So the reality is, he's been using and teaching EOS for as long as I've been.
We've been mulling over this idea (of Frankie being an EOS Implementer) for years and we've finally put it all together.

Growth without burnout…

𝗪𝗼𝘄, just wow is all I’ve got to say. This team has really blown me away with their efforts but they also blew away their targets. They made a plan last January that 2022 would be a 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝. They anticipated the upcoming obstacles, created a good game plan and executed the hell out of it.

Not only did they achieve their planned targets, they crushed them. To the tune of more than 300% growth (and not small numbers).

This kind of growth often comes with a heavy price = burnout. Not this team. They managed to get ahead of their problems enough that the growth didn’t crush their souls in the meantime. To me, that’s just as impressive as the growth # itself and definitely more important.

It was Jan. 8th, 2012 when the s**t hit the fan… 𝗜 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝟳𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. The first instinct was shock, disbelief, maybe even a little panic.
