Brittle dead standing columnar aspen that was blown over in the high winds last week just hanging on another tree ready to fall the rest of the way. We strapped it to the still standing one and safely dismantled it in this tight spot.

It is a great time to get trees inspected and assessed by a TRAQ Certified “Tree Risk Assessment Qualified” Arborist to make sure you have happy trees. Proper pruning and maintenance can avoid expensive maintenance or unforeseen consequences. As the trees leaf out this week they become like sail boats with the mast high in the wind and increase there surface area which will allow the wind to have a greater impact on them not to mention snow storms on May long which is pretty typical here… finger crossed no snow in May but we shall see.
