Arashi-Do Springbank

Wanna give a big shout out and Thanks to coach Nico Jacobs from Spartan wrestling club for coming out tonight to give us some standing control , throws and take downs from the Greco Roman wrestling world that we can use for our Jiu Jitsu. Was a great class and I know I got some moves that I am gonna try. Can’t wait for him to come back and give him some pay back information.

Congratulations to the Springbank students that went for black belts yesterday. Well done Simone and Reily on persevering the day and earning their black belts.
And to all that went as well congratulations

Was a strong group and everyone did well lots of brown belts going black and Alexander moving Junior to adult
