When you hear in the news about kids and teens putting Tide pods in their mouth for popularity then it's time for creativity.
When you know better you do better.
Doing laundry takes time but shouldn't lessen our time.

Basically you need 4 stomachs like a cow to properly digest today's wheat and after getting a clean start to the year I don't want to cake my insides with that plaster like I used to.
I asked the Naturopath Dr if Einkorn wheat was a good alternative and she replied it's a fantastic alternative if I could find it!
What is Einkorn? It's a wheat discovered over 2000 years ago that basically helped population turn into civilization with a food source that could last seasons.
Not only do I know where to find it, I've been to the farms to see it grow! And no I couldn't touch it because the wheat seeds are very fragile and easily fall off the stock - another GMO trait today's wheat has so it doesn't fall off easily. One small section of that crop costs more then my annual salary as a top scale flight attendant lol.
Young Living has Einkorn flour, spaghetti, rotini pasta and waffle pancake mix available thanks to finding an original source seed non GMO!
So I still get to enjoy delish foods and learn to put more time into prep for clean eating.
