In order to protect my time, availability, and small business, I’ll be implementing the following cancellation policy;

-Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% of service cancellation fee.
-Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% of service cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

Sometimes I forget to take a picture until my client is literally half way down the sidewalk and I chase them down because the bob is bobbing and the blonde is blending and it hurts to watch it walk away. So while I was apprehensive about even posting this one, it’s too good not to, despite the .alberta sign above her head and scaffolding all around us 🤷‍♀️

Yesterday, after 10 years of educating, I taught what I think was the largest class I’ve ever taught at the academy. Some hair besties like and .beauty showed up and normally where I’d feel pressure (considering both used to be educators and one used to be my boss), I felt at ease. It fed and fueled something in me I thought was burning out; a passion for standing in a room of stylists sharing what I know so we can all thrive and grow together. In a world of disarray and ugly, education brings us together to focus on a single goal. To be our best selves for our clients. The outside noise disappears for a few hours. There’s a feeling of community and togetherness and even though we’re technically competition of one another in a seemingly small industry, it never feels that way when we’re all teaching each other and learning from each other despite who’s standing in front of the classroom. I’ll always feel grateful for the path has laid out for me and I’m feeling more inspired than ever to take things to another level with competitions, collections, artistry, etc (manifesting with an accountability post maybe?) so buckle up and get ready 🤘
