BC Hydro is now offering 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟳𝟱% 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀 for horticulture facilities - 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝘀 𝗮 𝟯𝟬% 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 for eligible projects submitted between 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟯, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.
This is a major opportunity for:
🌿Greenhouses and indoor grow operations
🌿New builds or retrofits
🌿FortisBC or municipal electricity customers
Projects must meet energy savings thresholds and be completed by 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟭𝟰, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 to receive the bonus. The program also supports innovative climate solutions like aerothermal and geothermal heat pumps.
