Eid ul Fitr is around the corner and that means it is time to celebrate. But just before we do that, let's take some time to think about where you would like to pay Zakat ul Fitr. Wherever you decide to send it, ask the question about how it will be distributed and to whom/when etc.

Enjoin Good will be partnering with National Zakat Foundation Canada to distribute food hampers this coming Saturday on April 30 to distribute Zakat ul Fitr to local families in need. Zakat ul Fitr is being determined to be $15 by local organizations in Calgary and is mandatory for each member of the household to pay before they pray Eid Salah. You will notice NZF has declared it to be $10. You can choose whichever one you think is appropriate.
