Meet Varinder!

With a double major in Criminology and Criminal Justice and over five years of experience working within the Alberta Courts, specifically the Court of King’s Bench Surrogate section, Varinder brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of probate and estate planning.

Varinder was a key member of the project team that created the application forms currently used across Alberta and development of the surrogate digital system for filing applications. He was an active member of the surrogate reform group and the surrogate implementation team, responsible for updating forms and manuals across Alberta’s surrogate section. Varinder's work has not only streamlined processes but has also made a lasting impact on the legal framework within the Province.
